This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) describes how your Personal Information is collected, used, and shared by Summit Ridge Energy, LLC and its affiliates (“Summit Ridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), as well as the rights and choices individuals may have regarding such Personal Information. “Personal Information” is information that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable individual.

While our processing of Personal Information varies based upon our relationship and interactions with you, the categories of Personal Information that we collect and have collected in the prior 12 months include:

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
Although the purposes for which we may process Personal Information will vary depending upon the circumstances, generally, we may use the above categories of Personal information for the following business and commercial purposes:
- Providing our services. To provide and maintain our services, including fulfilling and processing your payments and billing; conducting credit checks (with your consent) for the purpose of providing our services; providing technical support; and for other customer service and support purposes.
- Communicating with you. To communicate with you about our products and Services, including sending you notices and alerts, conducting surveys, and responding to your requests.

- Complying with legal requests and obligations. We may disclose Personal Information to comply with the law or legal proceedings pursuant to applicable statutes and regulations in response to subpoenas, judicially signed court orders, warrants, or other lawful requests, including responding to national security or law enforcement.
We do not “sell” or “share” the Personal Information, including Sensitive Personal Information, as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“Sensitive Personal Information”), with third parties. We have not engaged in such activities in the 12 months preceding the “Last Updated” date. Without limiting the above, we do not “sell” or “share” the Personal Information, including the Sensitive Personal Information, of minors under 16 years of age and have no actual knowledge of any such “sale” or “sharing.”
SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not collect any Sensitive Personal Information (as defined under the CCPA).
RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will retain your Personal Information as long as reasonably necessary for purposes for which the Personal Information was collected and is used by us, as stated in this Policy, and for an additional period of time as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain appropriate business records, and enforce our agreements. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include: (i) the length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you and provide the Services to you; (ii) whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject (for example, certain laws require us to keep records of your transactions for a certain period of time before we can delete them); and (iii) whether retention is advisable considering our legal position (such as, for statutes of limitations, litigation, or regulatory investigations).

We collect Personal Information when you engage with Summit Ridge or its service providers directly, such as when registering for a service or creating an account, requesting information from us, making service requests, or when you contact us or otherwise voluntarily provide information to us.
Information Automatically Collected or Derived. Summit Ridge may also derive or automatically collect information, which may be considered Personal Information, including related to you and your use of the Services. COOKIES, TARGETING AND ANALYTICS
We and our third-party providers use cookies, web beacons/pixel tags, JavaScript, local storage, log files, and other mechanisms that automatically collect and record information through our Services, including information about your device, browser, usage, and activities.

Third-Party analytics. We may use third-party analytics tools, for example Google Analytics (see privacy policy and opt-out) to evaluate use of our services. To submit a request, we ask that you provide us with your name, email address, telephone number, and mailing address. We will process your request based on the Personal Information in our records that is linked or reasonably linkable to the information provided in your request. We will take steps to verify your request and will process your request by matching the information provided in your request with the information we have in our records. If we cannot verify your identity, we will be unable to process your request to know/access, correct or delete. We will respond to your request as required under the applicable privacy law(s).
Authorized agents may also submit requests to us by using the methods outlined below under “Contact Us.” We may request that any authorized agents verify their identity by providing information about themselves, such as their name, email, phone number, and address. We may also contact individuals directly to confirm the authority of the authorized agent.
California’s Shine the Light Law.
Pursuant to California’s “Shine the Light” law (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83), California residents may submit a request to opt out of our sharing of their Personal Information with third parties for the third parties’ own direct marketing use. However, we do not share Personal Information with third parties for their own direct marketing use.
SECURITY
We have implemented safeguards that are intended to protect the Personal Information we collect. However, the security of information transmitted through the Internet can never be guaranteed, regardless of the level of security. We are not responsible for any interception or interruption of any communications through the Internet or changes to or losses of data.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
We may offer links to or from our websites or online services as well as to websites, services, and resources operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of websites operated by third parties and urge you to inquire about their privacy and information-sharing practices before providing any information.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
We do not knowingly collect or maintain Personal Information from any person under the age of thirteen (13). No parts of our products or services are directed to or designed to attract anyone under the age of thirteen (13).
CHANGES
The “Effective Date” at the top of this Policy indicates when this Policy was last updated. We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
