NOTICE OF PRE-HEARING CONFERENCE 

A pre-hearing conference in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Friday, February 6, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., concerning ICFTS MD SOLAR, LLC’s application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct a 4.63 MW solar photovoltaic generating facility in Caroline County, Maryland.  

The pre-hearing conference will be held virtually and streamed live for viewing via the PULJ Division’s YouTube Channel: https://bit.ly/2X6wLiP. At the pre-hearing conference, any preliminary matters and the establishment of a procedural schedule will be discussed.  

Petitions to intervene must be filed on or before Wednesday, February 4, 2026, and may be filed electronically through the Commission’s website at www.psc.state.md.us or sent by first-class mail to the Commission’s Executive Secretary, Andrew S. Johnston, 6 St. Paul Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21202-6806, referencing Case No. 9835.
