This informational meeting concerns ICFTS MD SOLAR, LLC’s application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct a 4.6 MW solar photovoltaic generating facility located at 26844 Hobbs Rd, Caroline County, Maryland. The meeting will begin with a brief presentation by the developer, who will then be available for comments and answer questions.
